This FAQ article will teach you how to add your references and configure them for each care unit associated with it. Careboard references allow for variations in activity between units and allow for workload calculations to be adjusted according to times of day and days of the week.
Create a reference
Step 1: In the side menu, click on “Settings” and then on “References”.
Step 2: To add a new reference, click on the “Create new reference” button at the top left of your screen.
Step 3: A window opens, fill in the name of the new reference and its category. To save, click on “Submit”.
Your new reference appears in the list, in alphabetical order. To find it, use the search bar.
Configuring a reference
Step 1: Select the reference you wish to configure. Then click on the “Settings” button at the end of the reference line.
Step 2: In the “Associated units” module, click on the “+ Add unit” button.
Step 3: Select the desired care units from the drop-down list.
Step 4: If necessary, add weekday and weekend loads. Click “+Add” to save.
Step 5: Your associated care units appear in the list. You can add weighting criteria for morning, afternoon and evening shifts for these units.
To modify or delete an associated unit, or modify the week/weekend load, click on the buttons at the beginning of the unit's line.
