In this article, you'll learn how to set up deed encoding for your section / year of study. First, check that you already have sections / study years in Interneo. If not, consult this FAQ article: Adding a section / year of study.
Activate and set parameters for encoding acts
Step 1: In the "sections and years of study" tab, click on the button . It will then turn green, indicating that deed encoding is activated.
Step 2: Click on the button at the end of the line to edit deed types.
Step 3: Click on the button "Add an act type" to add a new one. A new line appears, so enter the name of the act. Here, for example, we've entered "Blood test".
Step 4: In the "Category" column, you can choose from your existing categories or create a new one.
Step 5: You can change the value of your procedure by clicking on the button at the end of the line if you want the value to be counted in whole values (numbers) or in time (hours and minutes).
A pane opens, allowing you to select your value.
Create an act category
Click on the button to open a new line, and enter the name of the category. Here, for example, we have entered "Minimum care to be provided".
Note: At any time, you can retrieve students' procedures via their student file.
