Enable automatic acceptance of internships

The automatic acceptance of internships is established by section and by care unit for a school in your hospital. Internships are automatically accepted if the schools meet the quotas in your care unit, otherwise the internships will be put on hold and it will be up to you to accept/refuse them.

Step 1: Go to the "School" tab, select the school for which you want to set up automatic acceptance of placements and click on the button.

Step 2: A pane will open, click the "Add" button to add the section and unit of care for which placements will be automatically accepted for this school.

Step 3: A pane opens, by default the "/" option indicates that your permission is active for all sections of your school, for all your care units.

Step 4: If you want to enable permission only for certain sections and care units, select them using the drop-down lists.

Step 5: For now, there is only the "Automatic acceptance" permission type. Later, you will also need to select the permission type using the drop-down list.

Step 6: Click on the button to enable or disable automatic acceptance of acts.

Step 7: Click on "Validate" to save your choice.

Step 8: Your permission will appear in the institution's list. To add a new permission for another section or care unit, click on the "Add" button and repeat the operations. To modify your permission, click on the button.
