The contact persons are the individuals that the student can contact at their school or internship site if they have a specific question or comment.
For hospitals
Step 1: On the "Option" tab, click the button at the end of the line of the user you wish to set as a contact person.
A pane opens: If the user is not yet associated with any care unit. Click on the "Add a unit of care" button.
Step 2: Select the unit of care associated with the user. If the user manages more than one, repeat steps 1 and 2.
Step 3: Check the "Contact person" box of the unit of care for which the person must be the contact person. If the user is to be the contact person for more than one care unit, select them as well.
Step 4: Go to the "Contact Person" tab. Your user now appears in the list of contact persons.
Step 5: Click on the button of a user. A pane opens and you see the care units for which the user is a contact person.
For premium schools
Step 1: In the "Option" tab, click on the button at the end of the line of the user you want to set as a contact person.
A pane opens: If the user is not yet associated with any section. Click on the "Add Unit of Care" button.
Step 2: Select the unit of care associated with the user. If the user manages more than one, repeat steps 1 and 2.
Step 3: Check the box "Contact person" of the section for which the person must be the contact person. If the user is to be the contact person for more than one section, check the boxes of other sections.
Step 4: Go to the "Contact Person" tab. Your user now appears in the list of contact persons. Click on a user's button . A pane opens and you see the care units for which the user is a contact person.
On his side the student has the possibility to see the information of his contact person by clicking on his internship.
