Configure permissions for timetable editing

As a hospital, you can authorize schools to add student's internship schedules.

To do this

Step 1: Go to the "Option" page, then to "Insitution settings" .

Step 2: Activate module settings by clicking on the button at the end of the line.

Step 3: New options appear, activate timetable editing by schools.

Step 4: Go to the "Module configuration" page, then to "Schedules edition".

Step 5: Click on "Add" to add permission to edit timetables.

Step 6: A pane opens, showing the various options for setting schedules. The "*" means that the option is applied to the entire permission category.

For example: There's an "*" in the school box, the ISH block 2 section and the Pediatric animation care unit are selected, which means that all schools with ISH block 2 pediatric animation placements will be able to modify their students' schedules.

Step 7: You can enable or disable this permission by clicking on the "Granted" and "Denied" buttons. You can also modify and delete permissions.
