In this article, you will learn how to add tickets for your care institution. These files will be accessible to all students on placement at your institution.
Step 1: Go to the "Options" tab of the "Institutional Identity" menu. This tab is only available if you are an administrator.
Step 2: Click on the button at the end of the line that includes your care institution information.
A pane will open with all your files already filed for your institution.
Step 3: Click on the button to add a file. Then select a file on your computer.
