As a premium school, you have the option of editing your students' work placement timetables in draft mode and then publishing them. This feature is particularly useful if you don't want to make the placement timetable visible to the student or the institution, or if the timetable is simply not definitive.
To use this feature, you must have activated the draft mode in your institution's settings.
Step 1: Go to the timetable editing page.
Step 2: Select the courses you wish to edit in draft mode. You can select one course at a time or select all. Please note that you can only edit timetables for institutions you have authorized.
To select a single timetable, click on the button and click on "Mark timetable as draft". You will be redirected directly to the draft timetable editing page.
To select more than one schedule at a time, tick the boxes of the relevant schedules. Alternatively, you can select all schedules by ticking the box at the very top of the course list.
At the top right of your screen, an "Action" button appears. Click on it and select "Mark as draft". You will then be redirected to the schedule editing page in draft mode.
Step 4: The schedules have been moved to draft mode. Return to draft mode to start editing them as normal.
You can exit draft mode at any time by clicking on the draft mode switch.
Step 5: Create your schedules. If you wish to publish just one schedule, click on the button and click on "Publish schedule".
Step 6: If you wish to publish several schedules at once, tick the boxes of the schedules and then click on "Publish" in the action button...
