Interneo makes it easy for you to validate a student's internship. All you have to do is follow these few steps. The validation on Interneo replaces the old paper validation forms. Thus, the information is centralized, accessible and always up to date.
For hospitals
Validation is usually done by unit managers, but Interneo administrators also have the option.
Step 1: In the "internships" tab, on the line of the internship to be validated, click on the button

Step 2: In the window that opens on the right, if the schedule corresponds to the hours worked by the student, validate the internship with the "validate" button. Otherwise, correct the internship before finalizing the validation.
Attention"Once the schedule has been validated, it is not possible to go back. This is due to the legal value of this information as the hours worked are necessary to obtain the diploma. Please check everything before confirming." |
For schools with a Premium license
By the school
In the absence of an Interneo "hospital" account, the school also has the possibility to validate the internship.
By the validators
Validator accounts are used to validate students' internships. They are made available by the schools for partner institutions that do not use Interneo.
